How do I share a gallery with my client?
After uploading photos, click "Share" on any gallery. Copy the link and send it via email, text, or any messaging app. You can optionally set a password for extra security.
Can clients download photos?
Yes. You control this per gallery in gallery settings. When enabled, clients can download individual photos or the entire gallery as a ZIP file.
How long do gallery links stay active?
Free galleries expire after 30 days. Paid plans include unlimited gallery links that stay active as long as your account is active.
What file formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Maximum file size is 25 MB per image. RAW files are not currently supported.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Pro and Business plans include custom branding — add your logo, choose gallery colors, and connect a custom domain for a fully white-label experience.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing. You can upgrade instantly or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a limit on uploads?
Free accounts include 2 GB of storage. Pro includes 100 GB and Business includes 1 TB. You can upload up to 500 photos per batch.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, galleries, and photos. This action cannot be undone.
